Returns & Exchanges:

If there is a problem with your purchase I encourage you to contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will be happy to work with you to resolve the problem. Either through refund or exchange. With a few exceptions.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (Such as bath bombs. This is for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

I don't accept cancellations.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Due to the handcrafted origin of all products listed some small imperfections and/or variations may occur. For example, the Sparkle Space Tumbler. No two will ever look exactly alike because it's designed using alcohol ink combined with movement and gravity.

Payment for custom and bulk merchandise.

Payment is due when the order is placed.

Processing & Shipping Time:

Everything is made to order. Depending on the item in question processing time will vary. Here is a breakdown for production time on some of the items available. Please note this time frame may vary depending on he complexity of the design and supply availability. Some custom orders may take slightly longer due to having to order special items to complete the product. The time frames below are calculated per one item with the exception of tumblers.

Tumblers generally take 6-7 business days each.

Currently, up to six tumblers can be created at a time.

Jewelry: 1-2 business days to create.

Trinket Boxes: 2 business days.

Pens: 4-5 business days.

Bath Bombs: 3 business days.

Mugs: 2 business days.

Shipping time will vary depending upon the method chosen at checkout. Shipping time starts after the product has been completed.
